Pourover Style

  1. Weigh out 12 g of beans.

  2. Grind on medium coarseness.

  3. Bring 200 mL of water to 94 C.

  4. Pour 50 mL of water over 30 sec.

  5. Stir.

  6. Pour 50 mL of water over 30 sec.

  7. Stir.

  8. Pour 100 mL of water over 60 sec.

  9. Stir.

  10. Brew should complete around 2 min 20 sec.
